External Hosting (Dedicated Root Server)
This website is hosted on a dedicated root server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen).

In contrast to conventional web hosting, with this server model we have full administrative control (“root access”) over the operating system and the installed software.

Processing Agreement: Nevertheless, we have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hetzner Online GmbH, as the provider potentially has access to the hardware (e.g., during maintenance work in the data center).

In-house Data Processing: The collection and storage of server log files (e.g., IP addresses, time of access, browser type) is carried out by us as the operator of the server. This data is stored locally on the server and is not automatically transmitted to Hetzner or viewed by Hetzner.

Purpose of Processing: Logging serves to maintain server security, analyze attack attempts, and ensure the stable operation of our systems.

Legal Basis: Storage is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and error-free provision of our service).

• Data Processing: Leaflet itself does not collect personal data. However, since we may load map tiles from external providers (e.g., OpenStreetMap), your IP address will be transmitted to the respective server of the map provider.
• Consent: Maps are only displayed after you have given your consent via the “Real Cookie Banner” (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Google Site Kit (without Google Analytics)
We use the WordPress plugin “Google Site Kit” on this website. This tool serves solely to monitor website performance in Google search results via the Google Search Console.

• No Tracking: We use no Google Analytics and no AdSense via Site Kit. Therefore, no personal visitor data is collected for analysis purposes or passed on to Google by this plugin.

Fluent Forms We offer contact forms on our website.

• Data Processing: If you send us inquiries via form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details provided there (name, email, phone number if applicable), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions.
• Storage on the Root Server: Since we operate a Dedicated Root Server, the form data remains in our own database and is not passed on to the plugin developer or third parties.

Font Awesome (External Integration)

• Data Flow: To display the icons, your browser loads them from the Fonticons servers. During this process, your IP address is transmitted.
